Q: Does the City of Nichols Hills have a curfew for juveniles?

A: Yes – The City of Nichols Hills has a curfew for juveniles. (Persons under the age or 18.) It is unlawful for any minor to remain, idle, loiter, wander, stroll or play in any public place, or to drive, park or be a passenger in any motorized or nonmotorized vehicle in any public place, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day of every night and morning in the week, except Friday and Saturday nights and the following mornings, and between the hours of 12:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and 6:00 a.m. of the following morning.

Q: What is the Nichols Hills City Ordinance regarding parking on the street at night?

A: Sec. 22-114. Parking prohibited during certain hours:
(a) Where official signs are erected giving notice that parking is prohibited during certain hours, no person shall park a vehicle upon that portion of the street so designated.
(b) No person shall park a vehicle on any street in the City of Nichols Hills between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day of the week.
