The City of Nichols Hills Minutes of Special City Council Meeting December 18, 2012 Original Agenda Filed in the Office of the Municipal Clerk at 2 PM on the 13th day of December, 2012. MEMBERS PRESENT OTHERS PRESENT E. Peter Hoffman Jr., Mayor David Poole, City Manager Steven Goetzinger, Vice-Mayor John Michael Williams, City Attorney Sody Clements, Councilman Kristi Hort, City Clerk, Fin Director 1. Call to Order. Mayor Hoffman called the meeting to order, then led the flag salute.
2. Roll Call. A roll call reflected that the above listed members of the Council were present. 3. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action to award Project PC-1101 for the 2011-2012 GO Bond Paving improvements on Grand Boulevard Phase I to the lowest and best bidder as recommended by the city engineer. City Engineer advised 5 bids were received at the bid opening earlier in the day. He recommended the bid be awarded to the SAC Services, Inc. Motion was made by Goetzinger to award Project PC-1101 to SAC Services, Inc., for a bid amount of $1,413,517.65. AYE: Hoffman, Goetzinger, Clements NAY: None 4. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Acceptance of the dedications contained in the plat of Glenbrook Park in Nichols Hills, LLC Motion was made by Clements to move item 4, seconded by Goetzinger. AYE: Hoffman, Goetzinger, Clements NAY: None 5. Adjournment. There being no further business Goetzinger made a motion to adjourn this meeting, which was seconded by Clements, which was unanimously approved.
