Mayor Hoffman called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call. Acknowledgment was made by Mayor Hoffman that he along with Vice-Mayor Goetzinger and Councilmember Clements were present. 3. Consider and approve entering into proposed executive session as authorized by 25 Oklahoma Statues 2011, Section 307(b)(1) for the purpose of discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of individual salaried employees with respect to the following: City Treasurer. APPROVED: Moved by Goetzinger, seconded by Clements. AYES: Clements, Hoffman, Goetzinger. 4. Executive Session. 5. Consider and approve leaving executive session and reconvening in open session. APPROVED: Moved by Clements, seconded by Goetzinger. AYES: Clements, Hoffman, Goetzinger. 6. Discussion and action as desired by Mayor and Council with respect to matters arising from the above described executive session, and possible appointment and engagement of a City Treasurer. APPROVED: Moved by Clements to appoint Mr. Gerald R. Marshall as City Treasurer effective July 1, 2012, seconded by Geotzinger. AYES: Clements, Hoffman, Goetzinger 7. Adjournment. APPROVED: Moved by Goetzinger, seconded by Clements. AYES: Clements, Hoffman, Goetzinger.
