Mayor Hoffman called the meeting to order at 2 p.m. 2. Roll Call. Acknowledgment was made by Mayor Hoffman that he along with Vice-Mayor Goetzinger and Councilmember Clements were present. 3. Discussion, Consideration and Possible approval or disapproval of Budget Adjustment number 2 for fiscal year 2011 – 2012. 4. Discussion, Consideration and Possible approval or disapproval of Amendment No. 1, Change Order No. 1 in the amounts of $161,690.00 and $155,566.43, respectively, for Project No. WC-0801 to Preload, Inc. for the water rehabilitation water blending tank project. This amendment increases the original contract amount to $1,930,723.43. To be paid out of the 2008 GO Bonds and other funds. 5. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action to approve Pay Estimate No. 12 (Final), for Project No. WC-0801 for the water rehabilitation water blending tank project in the amount of $398,500 to Preload, Inc. To be paid out of the 2008 GO Bonds and other funds. Vice-Mayor Goetzinger made a motion to APPROVE agenda items 3, 4 and 5, seconded by Clements. AYES: Clements, Hoffman, Goetzinger 6. Adjournment.
