1.      Call to Order.

Vice-Mayor Hoffman called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. 

2.      Roll Call.

Acknowledgment was made by Vice-Mayor Hoffman that he along with Councilmember Goetzinger were present.  Mayor Clements was absent.

3.         Discussion, Consideration and Possible action regarding the Budget for the 2012 – 2013 Fiscal Year for:  Summary budget

·        Nichols Hills General Fund

·        Nichols Hills Municipal Authority

·        Nichols Hills Street and Alley Fund

·        Nichols Hills Designated Funds

·        Nichols Hills 911 Association Fund

·        Nichols Hills Sinking Fund

APPROVED: Moved to continue this meeting until 4 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2012 by Goetzinger, seconded by Hoffman.   AYES: Hoffman, Goetzinger  NAYES:  None
