1.      Call to Order.

Vice-Mayor Hoffman called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. 

2.      Roll Call.

Acknowledgment was made by Mayor Hoffman that he along with Vice-Mayor Goetzinger were present.  Councilmember Clements was absent.

3.         Discussion, Consideration and Possible action regarding the Budget for the 2012 – 2013 Fiscal Year for:  Summary budget

·        Nichols Hills General Fund

·        Nichols Hills Municipal Authority

·        Nichols Hills Street and Alley Fund

·        Nichols Hills Designated Funds

·        Nichols Hills 911 Association Fund

·        Nichols Hills Sinking Fund

APPROVED: Motion to approve the preliminary operational budgets for General Fund and Nichols Hills Municipal Authority was moved by Hoffman, seconded by Goetzinger.   AYES: Hoffman, Goetzinger  NAYES:  None  ABSENT:  Clements

APPROVED: Motion to approve the preliminary Capital Improvement budgets for General Fund and Nichols Hills Municipal Authority was moved by Hoffman, seconded by Goetzinger.   AYES: Hoffman, Goetzinger  NAYES:  None  ABSENT:  Clements

APPROVED: Motion to approve the preliminary Street and Alley Fund budget was moved by Goetzinger, seconded by Hoffman.   AYES: Hoffman, Goetzinger  NAYES:  None  ABSENT:  Clements

APPROVED: Motion to approve the preliminary Designated Fund budgets for was moved by Hoffman, seconded by Goetzinger.   AYES: Hoffman, Goetzinger  NAYES:  None  ABSENT:  Clements

APPROVED: Motion to approve the preliminary Sinking Fund budget was moved by Goetzinger, seconded by Hoffman.   AYES: Hoffman, Goetzinger  NAYES:  None  ABSENT:  Clements

APPROVED: Motion to approve the preliminary 9-1-1 Fund budget was moved by Goetzinger, seconded by Hoffman.   AYES: Hoffman, Goetzinger  NAYES:  None  ABSENT:  Clements
