1.      Call to Order.

Chairman Clements called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

2.      Roll Call.

Acknowledgment was made by Chairman Clements he along with members Slater, Flesher, Covington and Hall were all present.

3.      Minutes.

a.      September 21, 2011

APPROVED Moved by Hall as modified during the meeting, seconded by Flesher.  AYES: Covington, Flesher, Clements, Slater and Hall NAYS: None

4.      PUBLIC HEARING – Case No. 2011-07:   Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action on Case 2011-07, for which the owners of 6707 Avondale have requested a variance to build onto their home 4 feet past the side yard setback.  This property is currently zoned R-1-75.

DISAPPROVED:  Slater Moved that application number 2011-07 be disapproved; seconded by Covington.  AYES: Slater, Flesher, Clements,  and Covington. NAYS:  None ABSTAIN: Hall

5.      Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action to approve the 2012 schedule of regular meeting dates for Nichols Hills Board of Adjustments.

APPROVED Moved by Covington, seconded by Slater.  AYES: Covington, Flesher, Clements, Slater and Hall NAYS: None

6.      Adjournment.
