1. Call to Order. Chairman Bickford called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call. Acknowledgment was made by Chairman Bickford that he along with Commission Members Cohn, Farha, James, McCaleb and Savage were all present.
a) Adoption of portions of a comprehensive plan for the City. b) Adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Nichols Hills City Code regarding development regulations in the “E-1” Estate District and the “E-2” Urban Estate District.
Motion to approve Version B-7.1 (12.7.10) of the ordinance presented by City Attorney John Michael Williams subject to the correct spelling of the Buttram street. Moved by Savage, seconded by McCaleb. AYES. Bickford, Cohn, Farha, James, McCaleb and Savage. NAYES: None .
