The Bedford Dr. and Trenton Rd. intersection will open Monday morning March 16, 2020. We will then be closing the Tedford Way and Trenton Rd. intersection to install the new drainage structures then replace the intersection. This will take two weeks, reopening March 30, 2020.
Dog & Cat Licenses (ORDINANCE NO. 399):
All dogs and cats are required to be annually licensed by the City and vaccinated against rabies. It is unlawful for any person to allow a dog, licensed or unlicensed, to run at large within the City.
Permitting dogs to defecate on places open to the public or on certain private property prohibited.(ORDINANCE NO. 811):
It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, or person having control of any dog to permit such dog to defecate upon any sidewalk, public park, street, alley, or other place open to the public, or on private property without permission of the owner thereof.
In the event that the owner, keeper, or person having control of a dog is unable to prevent the deposit of waste material in violation of this section, it shall be the duty of such person to properly dispose of such waste material.
