Area Road Closings - Britton Road in The Village
The City of The Village would like area residents to be aware of road construction that will involve the closure of Britton Road. The closures will be in four phases:
(Jan – Apr)
Phase 1: Motorists will be able to go east all the way from May to Penn on Britton
Motorists will be able to go west all the way to Village Drive.. then detour to May
Motorists will not be able to go west from Village Drive to May on Britton.
(May - Jul)
Phase 1A: Motorists will be able to go east all the way from May to Penn on Britton
Motorists will be able to go west from Village Drive to May on Britton.
Motorists will not be able to go west from Penn to Village Drive on Britton.
(Aug – Sep)
Phase 2: Motorists will be able to go west all the way from Penn to May on Britton
Motorists will be able to go east from Village Drive to Penn on Britton.
Motorists will not be able to go east from May to Village Drive on Britton.
(Oct – Nov)
Phase 2A: Motorists will be able to go west all the way from Penn to May on Britton
Motorists will be able to go east from May to Village on Britton.
Motorists will not be able to go east from Village Drive to Penn on Britton
It will take TEN MONTHS. The length of time to do each phase is just an estimate. They must be done by the end of November 2019.
