NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
City of Nichols Hills, Oklahoma
CASE NO. PC 2018-02
 
Notice is hereby given that Sprint, represented by Verticom, has filed an application (“the Application”) with the City of Nichols Hills, Oklahoma for approval of a special permit for the following described property:
 
Existing water tower located at the 1009 NW 75th Street, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma.
 
The current zoning of this property is “C-1” Office. The Application requests a special permit to install three (3) radios and three (3) antennas for Sprint, to be located on or adjacent to the water tower owned by the City of Nichols Hills, Oklahoma. The Application and supporting documentation may be inspected in the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours.
 
This Application will be considered at public hearings to be held by both the Nichols Hills Planning Commission and the Nichols Hills City Council.  These public hearings will be held by the Nichols Hills Planning Commission on Tuesday, February 6, 2018            at 5:30 p.m., and by the Nichols Hills City Council on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. Both public hearings will be held at the Council Chambers, City Hall, 6407 Avondale Drive, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, 73116.
 
Any person having any objection to or supporting this Application may appear before the Planning Commission and the City Council on the above dates for the public hearings and show cause why the proposed Application should be approved or disapproved.  Written support for or protest against the proposed Application may be filed with the office of the City Clerk, 6407 Avondale Drive, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, 73116, not less than three (3) days before the public hearing.
