Risk Manager - Frank Finley

The goal of public sector risk management is to protect citizens and employees and ensure that tax dollars are spent to provide public services and not to incur losses sustained from injuries, property damage or damage awards.  The Risk Manager deals with a number of areas including; safety, loss control, risk financing/insurance and governmental liability issues.
