9-1-1 Call-Taker Certification Course

The 9-1-1 Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (9-1-1 ACOG), the Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center (EOCTech) and several area 9-1-1 professionals are offering a new 9-1-1 Call-Taker Certification course beginning next month to provide training for people interested in entering the emergency call-taking profession.

Beginning August 15, and running Tuesday and Thursday evenings through November 2, the 44 hour course is just $200 per student and includes all course materials. Students who pass the class will receive Emergency Telecommunicator certification through the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch (NAED).
