Q: Will I be arrested if I come into the office to pay my warrant?

A: No, you will not be arrested if you come into the office to resolve the warrant.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted when paying a warrant?

A: 

Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, cashiers check, money order or credit card only.

Q: Will I be able to see the Judge if I show up at Nichols Hills Town Hall?

A: The Judge is part-time, therefore he is only available at Town Hall during court days. If you would like to secure a court date for a past due ticket or outstanding warrant, you must post bond to do so.

Q: How do I pay a ticket?

A: 

Tickets may be paid in person at our office or through the mail. Unfortunately, at this time we will only accept payments over the phone for an active warrant.

Q: Do I have to appear in court on my scheduled court date?

A: You are not required to appear in court on your court date. However, if you choose not to appear, you must pay your ticket on or before your court date.

Q: Can I get a payment extension for my ticket?

A: Yes, we allow one payment extension to the following court date. This may be done over the phone or in person. In order to schedule a payment plan after an extension, or to get an additional extension, you must appear in court and speak to the Judge.
