Grand Blvd Paving will continue Tuesday morning May 22, 2018. Grand Blvd will be closed from Nichols Road to Sherwood Lane. Sherwood Lane to NW 63rd will be closed on June 5th for concrete paving until project is completed. Projected completion date is September 1, 2018. (Project PC-1702)

1. Call to Order. Mayor Hoffman called the meeting to order and declared a quorum present to conduct business.
2. Roll Call. A roll call reflected that Mayor Hoffman, Vice-Mayor Goetzinger and councilmember Clements were present.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding identification of capital improvement needs of the City and methods of funding, including general obligation bond funding authorized by future general obligation bond elections.
City council members, city manager, city engineer and staff discussed the future capital improvement needs of the City of Nichols Hills. Continuing the discussion from the initial meeting, consideration was given for allocation of 8 million for street projects, 3 million for town hall, 1.1 million for technology and 1 million for sanitary sewer projects. During the April 16, 2013 meeting, 5 million was the initial allocation to water projects and 3 million for parks. During this meeting the possibility of a half million dollar increase to both the water and parks was discussed. That increase would bring the water project allocation from 5 million to 5.5 million and the parks project allocation from 3 million to 3.5 million.
4. Adjournment. There being no further business Clements made a motion to adjourn this meeting, which was seconded by Goetzinger, which was unanimously approved.
