1. Call to Order.

Vice-Chairman Savage called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
 

2. Roll Call.

Acknowledgment was made by Vice-Chairman Savage that he along with Commission Members Cohn, Farha, James, McCaleb, were all present.  Chairman Bickford was absent.


3. Minutes:  October 5, 2010

APPROVED:  Moved by McCaleb, seconded by James.  AYES. Cohn, Farha, James, McCaleb and Savage. NAYES:  None


4. Discussion, Consideration and Possible action to recommend an ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Nichols Hills Code regarding development regulations in the “E-1” Estate District and the “E-2” Estate District; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict: providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.

5. PUBLIC HEARING:

1901 Guilford Lane, Nichols Hills, further described as:

Lots 42 through 51, Block 101, Wilshire Section, City of Nichols Hills, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma

Lots 3, 4, 5 and part of Lot 2, Block 104, Wilshire Section, City of Nichols Hills, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma

6. Discussion and possible action on the application filed by Eusebius J. Beltran, as Archbishop of Oklahoma City, for the benefit of Christ the King Church and Christ the King School in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma to rezone the following described property from the “U-4” Church District to “PUD” Planned Unit Development District and to adopt a “PUD” Planned Unit Development District and a “PUD” Planned Unit Development Master Development Plan, for church and school use.

7. PUBLIC HEARING:

1601 NW 63rd Street, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, further described as:

A  part of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Three (3) West of Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South line of said quarter section 993.87 feet West of Southeast corner thereof; Thence North a distance of approximately 662.425 feet; Thence West a distance of 330.95 feet to a point 662.6 feet North of the South Line of said quarter section; Thence 662.6 feet to a point on the South line of said quarter section which is 1325.16 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; Thence East along the South line of said quarter section a distance of 331.29 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

8. Discussion, Consideration and possible action on the application filed by Blackstone Commercial Property Advisors, L.C. to rezone 1601 NW 63rd Street, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, from the “E-1” Estate District to “PUD” Planned Unit Development District and to adopt a “PUD” Planned Unit Development District and a “PUD” Planned Unit Development Master Development Plan entitled the Enclave at Glenbrook Terrace, for residential use.

APPROVED TO CONTINUE UNTIL DECEMBER 7, 2010 AT 5:30 P.M.  Moved by McCaleb, seconded by Farha.  AYES. Cohn, Farha, James, McCaleb and Savage. NAYES:  None
