August 24, 2010

1.    Call to Order.


Acknowledgment was made by Mayor Lippert that he along with Vice-Mayor Clements and Councilmember Hoffman were all present. 



2.    Roll Call.



Mayor Lippert called the meeting to order at  5:35 p.m.



3.      Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding contractual agreement between the City of Nichols Hills and Red Rock Benefits.


APPROVED. Moved by Hoffman, seconded by Clements.  AYES. Lippert, Clements, Hoffman



4.      Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding pre-engineering of Grand Boulevard.


APPROVED. Moved by Hoffman, the approval for Nichols Hills Municipal Authority to begin the pre-engineering of Grand Boulevard Project, to be purchased by 2011 GO Bond, seconded by Clements. AYES. Lippert, Clements, Hoffman.



5.    Continuing Municipal Education Program with possible action as desired by Council.  




a.    City Charter


b.    Urban planning and zoning




City Attorney John Michael Williams continued the education program of city council members and city manager.  No action was taken.



6.     Adjournment.
