Mayor Lippert called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. then led the flag salute.

7.    PUBLIC HEARING.  on proposed budgets for Fiscal Year 2010 – 2011 for Fund, Nichols Hills Municipal Authority, Street & Alley Fund, Capital Improvement Fund (General), Capital Improvement Fund (NHMA), 911 Fund, Designated Accounts Fund, 2010 G.O. Bond Project Fund, and the Sinking Fund.

8.    Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action on proposed Resolution No. 1176 approving and adopting the City of Nichols Hills budgets for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 and declaring an emergency.
